Natural History Collections

The ICOM-CC Natural History Collections Working Group is an international forum that promotes the discussion and dissemination of information on ethical and technical issues concerning the acquisition, preservation and conservation of natural history objects and collections. We aim to disseminate information and share skills between collections management staff, curators and conservators and provide a link for members between our Working Group and other related groups such as the Preventive Conservation, Documentation, and Objects from Indigenous and World Cultures Working Groups.
