Promote the digitization and digital capture of artifacts.

Promote the conservation of documentation created during research and conservation.

Provide a contact point or mailing list for database users to share software, tools, thesauri, dictionaries etc.

Develop multilingual dictionaries / thesauri etc.

Provide a set of guidelines for best practice for digitization.

Produce one newsletter.

Hold interim meeting in 2009 on digitization and public access (mobile wireless).
